ATTENTION: Note that due to disruptions in the postal service and our supply chain caused by COVID-19, shipping may be delayed by an additional 4 weeks. Please expect door-to-door shipping times of between 5-8 weeks depending on your location. Also, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks for processing your order.

FOR KITS THAT SHIP FROM CHINA

To keep the cost of our kits low and pass the savings on to you, we ship a majority of our kits directly from our warehouses and manufacturing facilities located in China. Under normal circumstances, total delivery time is between 14-30 days depending on your location (excluding processing times). Due to the global Pandemic, expect delivery between 30-65 days.

Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. They do not include customs clearance or order processing.

Also Please note that factors outside of our control (e.g. holiday congestion, weather events, health crises) may impact shipping times. We apologize for the inconvenience.

USA: Between 30 - 65 days average
Canada: Between 30 - 65 days average
Europe: Between 30 - 65 days average
Australia: Between 30 - 65 days average
All Others: Between 40 - 65 days average

Individual items within an order may ship from different locations and may arrive on different dates.

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not already been shipped.

We understand the frustration caused by longer-than-usual processing and delivery times due to COVID-19 and want you to know you have total flexibility to cancel any orders that have not yet shipped. Thank you for your patience!

To request a cancellation, please contact support@meridianfinearts.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

NOTE: If your tracking appears stuck on a certain date, please note that this is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country and waiting for custom clearance. As soon as it lands in the US and passed through Customs, the tracking will update and the package will be with you soon via USPS!

Why did I only receive part of my order?

We ship our kits from multiple diamond art printing facilities in different locations. As a result, kits within the same order may be shipped from different facilities and arrive at slightly different times. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)


Why does my tracking appear stuck?

This is entirely normal as the package moves from country to country and waiting for custom clearance. As soon as it lands in the US and passed through Customs, the tracking will update and the package will be with you soon via USPS!

You can track your package by simply entering your tracking ID into the official USPS Tracking Site https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input


Why did I receive two separate tracking numbers?


Because we ship from multiple locations, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each package is assigned a different tracking ID.


What shipping provider do you use?

You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier (USPS if you are located in the US or Royal Mail is located in the UK) once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, we accept any changes to an order as long as the order has not yet been processed or in transit. You may cancel your order within 24 hours after it is placed. Please contact our Customer Service at support@meridianfinearts.com. Due to unusually long processing times related to COVID-19, we now allow you to cancel your order if it has not yet been assigned a tracking number.
If your order is already assigned a tracking number, it has already been sent out and we will unfortunately not be able to cancel it.


What is your refund policy?

If you're unhappy with your order for any reason send an email to support@meridianfinearts.com and tell us your issue.

** Please note that we do not offer refunds on items that are currently still in transit.

What if my package has not been delivered and I have waited a long time for it?

We would like to make your shopping experience with us as safe as can be.

Therefore we will guarantee that if your item is not with your local postal service within 90 days from shipping date, then we will refund your money in full. If the package turns up afterwards, you can keep it for free.
