2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

  • Technical information may include your login data, internet protocol addresses, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access the Site.

  • Profile information may include your username and password, history of purchases or orders you have made. This will apply if you have registered an account with us.

  • Usage information may include information about how you use our website, products and services.

  • Marketing and Communications information may include your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and your communication preferences.

We may also process aggregated Data from your personal data but this data does not reveal your identity and as such in itself is not personal data. An example of this is where we review your Usage Data to work out the percentage of website users using a specific feature of our site. If we link the Aggregated Data with your personal data so that you can be identified from it, then it is treated as personal data.

      Note: Google Adwords cookies will expire in 1 year. Facebook cookies will expire in 3 months and Google Analytics cookies will expire after the session.

      Where you opt out of receiving our marketing communications, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of a product/service purchase, product/service experience or other transactions.


      5.   Do we share your Personal Information with Third parties?
       
      We may have to share your personal information with the parties that provide us with support in the services that we offer you as described above.

      For European residents only, We use a cookies tool (One Trust Tool) on our website which relies on implied consent of users. This consent is recorded by One Trust as required by the GDPR regulations and we have a data processing agreement in place with them to collect the consent data.

      In recognition of the fact that the implementation date for the revised e-Privacy Regulation remains unknown, we are taking reasonable steps now to align our use of cookies the standard of consent required by GDPR.

      This means that we are in the process of updating the tool which, by default, requires explicit opt in action by users of our website. This will apply to the non-necessary cookies. We will ensure any necessary cookies for functionality and security are marked so that they are not deleted by the tool.


      Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

      We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

      By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.

        We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

        Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.

Should we make any changes, we will notify you by e-mail when the change in question is relevant to your privacy, for you to be able to review the changes, assess them and, as the case may be, object or unsubscribe from ay service or functionality. In any case, we suggest you to review this Privacy Policy from time to time in case minor changes are made.
