We stand by the quality of our products and understand that it is important that you get what you paid for and that it lasts for a lifetime. So if there are any defects with your kit such as missing/wrong diamonds, defects to canvas or tools, we will replace the defective items free of charge.
 
We also understand that from time to time, accidents or mishaps out of your control may happen, for e.g. spilling a drink on the canvas, or a furry pet dirtying your painting, or you may have run out or not received enough diamonds. Again in such cases, we will replace the canvas and/or the diamonds for free.
 
We want to ensure that you have an awesome experience with any product you purchase from us. That is why we provide a lifetime warranty so you can paint with no worries and have peace of mind!
 
All we ask is that you take a picture of the defect and send it to us at support@meridianfinearts.com. This will let us know what happened and how best to help you! We can replace the part itself or send a full new kit.

 

2) Best Price Promise

Get high quality kits at the best prices from Meridian Fine Arts. If you find a kit with the same design and size, and which is being sold cheaper elsewhere, then we promise to match the price and give a 5% discount on top so that you always get the best price.

Just send us an email at support@meridianfinearts.com with the details of the design/size and the cheaper price you may have found on other sites and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

  • The price that you find cheaper elsewhere should be the current price before any discounts/offers are applied.

  • The best price promise does not apply to kits which are offered for Free.

3) 100% Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your kit, we are here to help! You are covered by our 30-day money back  guarantee. Email us at support@meridianfinearts.com to see how we can help you.
 
However, if you have changed your mind and still want to return the item, then just send your kit back unopened within 30 days of you receiving it and get a full refund. When you email us we will provide you with a return address. 

 

4) Non-Delivery Cover

We would like to make your shopping experience with us as safe as can be. 

Therefore we will guarantee that if your item is not with you within 90 days from shipping date, then we will refund your money in full. If the package turns up afterwards, you can keep it for free.

So whatever the reason may be (Covid-19, hurricanes etc..) for your parcel not turning up, you can safely shop with us in the knowledge that you will not be disadvantaged for circumstances out of your control.

Please contact us at support@meridianfinearts.com if your parcel has not yet arrived after 90 days for a full refund. Please also refer to our shipping policy for latest delivery times.

Our customers now enjoy free worldwide shipping. 

Please note that this does not apply to FREE kits which have a small shipping charge.
